The hotel was well-maintained and staff were attentive. the location was convenient, close to Mumbai CST station, Crawford Market, and Haj House. everything was nice and I would choose this hotel again in Mumbai.

Newly remodelled and well-appointed rooms with private bathroom, green views, kitchen and outstanding service - just as we expected.

1. I did not like the rooms, the rooms were very small and were dirty and stinking. 2. Bathrooms were not clean and was very small. 3. Staffs were untrained and unfriendly. 4. Food was pathetic.

The staff members were all helpful and excellent. New-fashioned room, bed was exceptionally comfortable plus there was a marble bathroom. - the location was favourable and magnificent, to all main attractions of Mumbai, with a superb view. - Our stay was good, recommend this venue to anyone.

The staff was really, really friendly and accomodating. The internet connection is very, very bad, and you have to pay. But there is an internet café right next door that is extremely cheap and has a good connection and printer. Also, it is right by the Crawford Market, which is fun, and only a 45 minute walk through the Fort Area and down to Colaba, which makes for a really nice walk (and Mumbai feels very safe to walk in at night).

The room was NOT clean when we arrived. There was a lot of dirt in the corners and around the edges of the room, behind the furniture, and everything (the tables, chairs etc.) was dirty - not just dusty, dirty as if it had never been wiped clean properly.

This hotel is in a prime location, making it easy to explore the vibrant city life. You’ll be right near the famous Crawford market and just a stone's throw from Victoria Terminus railway station. There are plenty of great local restaurants in the area, serving up delicious food.

The hotel may need some maintenance in certain areas, but this doesn't detract from the overall experience.

There is nothing a human being can like in this hotel. We cant say its a hotel.

The hotel doesn't deserve any opinion. Its show beutiful photos on line and there is no real facilities in this hotel. A shabby reception with rough third class personalities. The elevator itself is a slum with garbage.

We had a wonderful stay in this hotel. The room was clean and surprisingly quiet, with a nice balcony and seating area. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was fine. The hotel's location was excellent for transportation and getting to all the main sites.

The room (and bed) was really small and a little dirty. The shower doesn't work very well and there are no extra in bathroom ( I had to buy my own shampoo, soap...)

Great location and comfortable rooms. The hotel was conveniently located near CST/Marine Drive and Crawford market, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a relaxing place to rest after a day of sightseeing. The bathroom was also well-maintained. Additionally, the hotel provided a good breakfast with a choice of options.

Made my time in Mumbai very easy and enjoyable.

We booked an a double room, it was complete with the nice view as well as a private bathroom. Location: the hotel was right by Mumbai in the night and nearby restaurant and Crawford Market which is a big plus.
